Welcome and Good Luck for those of you who apply!!
Here you can apply for 1 of 2 awards. Each one has the same criteria. One is for a artistic site and the other is for the rest. Criteria and Form for submitting are below. Thanks.

The criteria for winning each award are as follows:

Your site must be "family friendly" meaning no pornography, racism, hacking or warez sites.
Your site must have some content to it. A "my favorite links" isn't enough to keep this "lil stinker's" attention very long.
Site must have some sort of original graphics to it. I don't want to look at the same graphics over and over on everyone's page. It gets old kind of quick.
Site must either be in English or have a link to view it in English. I do not know many other languages. I know some Spanish, but not enough to read an entire Webpage in that language.
Load time. I really don't want to sit and wait 3 years for a page to load. I will wait however for outstanding graphics.
Pop-ups. I understand that some free servers require them. But i do not like the "what's your name" popups. they serve no purpose, except to annoy people *grin*
Navigation. Will I get lost in your page??
